Targeted protein degradation

Targeted protein degradation uses the cell’s own protein-disposal machinery to remove disease-driving proteins. It can open new routes to cancer targets that are difficult to address with conventional inhibitors.

ANTIBODY-DIRECTED DELIVERY

Degrader-antibody conjugates

Systemically delivered degraders face challenges when their targets are also present in healthy tissue. Their size and chemical properties can also make effective drug delivery difficult.

Degrader-antibody conjugates pair an antibody with a protein-degrading payload. Antibody-directed delivery can help address these challenges by carrying the payload to selected cells. TriCore brings a modular approach to developing these therapeutics.

Why TriCore

TriCore combines antibody-directed delivery with a modular approach to targeted protein degradation. The platform supports DAC development across a broad range of cancer targets.

Early laboratory studies have demonstrated target engagement and protein degradation. These findings support further preclinical evaluation of TriCore-based DACs.

Our initial focus is aggressive solid tumors. Current development is directed toward evaluating DAC candidates and generating the evidence needed to select a lead development candidate.
